Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified/eligible, organized, self-starter, able to work independently and able to work in a team-oriented environment.  Previous orthopaedic experience is not required!  New PA's with prior medical orthopaedic background would be helpful.  The York/Lancaster area is located near Hershey Park, has a low cost of living and has a lot of things to do.  There is an excellent benefit package which includes vacation, medical, CME, 401k and many other benefits!

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Graduation from an accredited Physician’s Assistant program and current certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician’s Assistants. Or graduate of an accredited school of nursing and approved Nurse Practitioner program and current RN license with ANA certification. Minimum five years of experience in a medical clinic or hospital is preferred. Proven communication skills and computer skills are essential.
