S. Missouri - Rural Health – New Grads – Loan Repayment!

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a Rural Health clinic in southern Missouri. Will consider experienced providers or strong new graduates. One other provider on site (physician). Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p. No weekends and no call. Anticipated patient volume will be 15 – 20 ppd. Salary will be $75-90k+ with a comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks PTO, malpractice, health insurance, retirement, and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance. Additionally: This position offers guaranteed Federal Loan Repayment Assistance with a high HPSA score (requires 2 year commitment). The cash value of this benefit is $60k. These are non-taxable dollars so the real value (in taxable dollars and interest saved) is $80k+. In essence you are working for 2 years and getting paid for 3!!! This area is very scenic in the midst of the Ozarks with unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities. Cozy environment with tons of trees, lots of lakes. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 7p and 1 in 3 weekends. Clinic is open late every day but you will only work 8 hours out of that time frame.
