Program Director for Physician Assistant Studies Program

Supervision of faculty, staff and the medical director in all  activities that directly relate to the PA program are also required.  The program director reports to the Dean of the School of Health and  Natural Sciences.    The candidate of choice will:  - Have knowledge  and experience with curriculum development  - Have prior experience in  the ARC-PA accreditation process and as such must be knowledgeable  about and responsible for the accreditation process   - Hold current  NCCPA certification   - Hold a master´s degree; a doctoral degree is  preferred   - Have a minimum of three years of clinical practice; also  required are three years of full-time PA teaching experience   - Have  experience with implementing and monitoring student learning  assessment plans  - Have experience with research methodology  

Academic rank is open and may be offered on a tenure eligible  track.     Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.  This position is available immediately and applications will be  reviewed until the position is filled.
