The position consists of 70% office and 30% surgical first assist.  Cases will focus on total joint and sports.  The new PA will be able to run their own clinic at a satellite location!  The majority of responsibilities include: evaluations of injury, cortisone and sin-visc injections, removing casts and pins, casting and splinting, writing scripts, patient education, ordering and reviewing lab results.  Preferred candidate should be NCCPA-certified, and have Ortho PA experience.  The candidate should be able to function on their own and also be a team player.

Job Description Specialty Group of Orthopaedic Surgeons seek a full-time Physician Assistant.  This position is 65% clinic and 35% surgical first assist (depending on candidate's surgical interests).  Additional responsibilities include:  pre and post-operative H&P's, joint injections, writing scripts, removing casts and pins, consultation and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting.  There is no call required!  Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified, highly motivated, hard working and works well in a team-oriented environment.  The group prefers experience, but will train a new graduate that has a strong desire for orthopaedics.  Also, the group prefers local candidates with ties to the area or the east coast.

We have immediate need for a physician assistant in a single surgical specialty group practice in Middletown, Ohio 45050.

Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of Middletown, Inc. is the oldest continuous practice in Middletown. We have previously employed a PA in the practice and found it to be a mutually rewarding experience. This full time position was vacated when her husband's company transferred them to Texas.

The position is a full time opportunity working in an office setting. We are an Otolaryngology practice that provides both medical and surgical treatment for diseases of the head and neck. We treat all ages from infancy through geriatric populations. Your duties would involve seeing new and existing patients within the practice. You will work closely with the physicians at first and more independently as your skills and experience increase. Typically, our patients will be presenting with problems such as hearing loss, ear ache, dizziness, cerumen impaction, sore throat, sinusitis, allergy and masses in the head and neck. We have a full time Audiologist on staff that provides a full battery of audiological testing and dispenses hearing aids when appropriate. We also have an allergy department that provides allergy testing and immunotherapy as indicated.

     This full time position is Monday through Friday, days only; no weekends,or holidays. We have an excellant work environment and competitive salary and benefits. Prior PA experience is a plus but we are ready to train the right individual. ·Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
